Common questions about pricing
Do I pay anything before you start building?
Yes — we require a 50% deposit to begin. The remainder is due on delivery after you have seen the agent working. No surprises.
What if the scope changes mid-project?
Scope is agreed in writing before we start. Changes outside that scope are quoted separately. We do not expand work without your written approval.
Can I start with training and then get a build?
Absolutely. Many clients do the workshop to understand what is possible, then commission a done-for-you build for their most complex automation. Training cost does not reduce build pricing.
Is the Automation Audit cost deducted from the build price?
Yes. If you proceed to a Core Build or Full System, we apply the full audit cost to your build invoice.
