Common questions
Does it need access to my whole inbox?
No. It reads the mailbox or label you point it at, and nothing else. Scoping access down to exactly what the task needs is part of how we build every agent.
What happens when it misreads something?
That is the important question, and the honest answer is that any system making judgment calls will sometimes be wrong. Ours flags uncertain cases for a quick human decision instead of acting silently, because a mistake you never see is far more expensive than one you catch in seconds.
Which task system does it write to?
Whatever you already use. The production version writes to Google Tasks. The point of a done-for-you build is that the agent fits your existing tools rather than the other way round.
